Application Process

Our application process may vary depending on country of operation and local legislation; however the general application process is–

1. Candidate submits online application and CV.
2. Candidates will be contacted by a member of our Human Resources team to advise on the outcome of their application. Successful candidates will be invited for interview.
3. Candidate attends interview.
4. Candidate will receive feedback following the interview and will be notified if they have been successful.
5. Candidate begins Turan Drilling hire process and joins Turan Drilling.

Interview Tips

Candidates are encouraged to research Turan Drilling & Engineering prior to their interview to get an overall idea about the type of company we are, to gain an insight into the way we operate, and the KCA Deutag Way.

Please bring your most relevant training certification and your passport.

Interviews are generally conducted by a member of our Human Resources team and the Hiring Manager or Technical Expert. Candidates will be asked to discuss their skills and experience, providing examples to illustrate their competency.

Candidates are also encouraged to ask questions during the interview process.
